ReliCodia is just getting off the ground, and is an experiment for digesting the knowledge of the Reliable Software's programmers and users in the form of a wiki. So the site is ready to evolve, and needs input from the community to know how to best or explain how you'd like the site to distinguish itself from the nominal wikibooks on programming.
As an independent effort, there's a lot to learn about administrating a wiki. Dealing with the chronic vandalism is a difficult task in and of itself, so if you can help monitor the most recent edits to fight the spammers it would be a great help. As guilty IP addresses are tracked and blocked, this will hopefully become less of a problem.
If you have projects to propose, this is a great place to start listing them. Look to Wikipedia's Community Portal for examples of how to present these ideas.
